We often attend meetings of the Columbia Association's board of directors and are always grateful for the leadership Phil Kirsch provides as its chairman. Wilde Lake residents can be proud of Phil's service in their behalf, as well as in behalf of residents throughout Columbia.

Phil brings to board deliberations a keen intellect and an uncanny ability to sort wheat from chaff. His focus on long-term planning and strategy is especially valuable at a time when downtown redevelopment and the enhancement and conservation of Symphony Woods have emerged as key issues.

Phil has done his homework, countless hours of it. Wilde Lake residents can benefit from his diligence by re-electing him to the CA board.
