Marsh Hawk Way, 5400 block. Between Sept. 23 and 24, someone broke the windows of an enclosed patio and pried open a rear window but did not get inside.

Flowerstock Row, 8800 block. On Sept. 27 at 3:31 a.m., a man was drinking with a large group of people when someone asked him for money. The man produced his wallet and had it snatched away by a second man, who fled in a vehicle.

High Tor Hill, 5500 block. On Sept. 27 at 1:07 p.m., a juvenile entered an open garage and stole a bicycle. The juvenile was identified and charged.

Patuxent Woods Drive, 9800 block. During the night of Sept. 28, someone entered a building that was under construction and stole a gang box.

Pine Bark Court, 5200 block. On Sept. 28 between 8 and 8:30 p.m., someone forced open the rear door to a garage and stole two motorcycles. One, a 1993 Honda CR125, was recovered during the investigation of a traffic accident on Governor Warfield Parkway. Two juveniles were arrested.

Oak Hall Lane, 6800 block. On Sept. 29 at 6:34 p.m., a Buick Regal with Maryland tags FFL 618 was stolen.

West Columbia

Faulkner Ridge Circle, 10500 block. On Sept. 26 at 1:13 p.m., someone was observed inside a vacant residence. The front glass slider was broken.

Swiftstream, 10400 block. On Sept. 22 between 2 and 3 p.m., someone entered a residence through an unlocked rear door and stole a cell phone and a watch.

Faulkner Ridge Circle, 10500 block. Between Sept. 25 and 26, someone broke into an office by smashing a rear window and stole two Motorola radios.

Turnabout Lane, 5900 block. On Sept. 30 at 7:29 a.m., a woman reported that a former inmate assaulted her and stole her purse and Bible as she was heading to church. The assailant was found at the church and the stolen property was recovered.

Pasture Gate, 10100 block. Between Sept. 27 and 28, someone stole a bicycle from an unlocked shed.

Wilde Lake Terrace, 10200 block. Between Sept. 28 and 30, someone entered an unlocked garage, cut a chain that was securing two bicycles and stole the bicycles.

Columbia Road, 5100 block. On Sept. 29 at 5 a.m., police responded to a business alarm and discovered that the front glass door was broken.

Maywind Court, 10400 block. On Sept. 30 at 9:23 a.m., a 1978 gray Vespa P200E motor scooter with no tags was stolen.
