Howard Community College's Educational Foundation has announced the creation of more then a dozen scholarships for the fall semester, many of which were established through the contributions of sponsors from the 2006 Columbia Classic Grand Prix. An endowment has also been created in honor of recently retired college president Mary Ellen Duncan.
