Sarah L. Price-Roy and Frank C. Tortella Jr.

Carla and Elmer Roy, of Bargersville, Ind., announce the marriage of their daughter, Sarah Lynn Price-Roy, to Frank Casper Tortella Jr., son of Carol and Frank Tortella Sr., of Columbia, on July 5, 2008. The Rev. David Grover officiated.

The bride is a 2008 graduate of Ball State University and is a second lieutenant with the Tennessee Army National Guard.

The groom is a 1996 graduate of Howard High School and a 2001 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He is a captain in the U.S. Army, stationed at Fort Campbell, Ky.

The ceremony took place at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Gibbstown, N.J. A reception followed at St. Michael's Mutual Club, also in Gibbstown. Rachel Miller was the maid of honor and Capt. Joseph A. Tortella, the groom's brother, served as best man.

The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia and reside in Clarksville, Ky.
